Meet the Team
All Elements Landscaping Ltd was formed from an idea which is nearly a decade old. Matt and Jim have worked together off and on for the best part of 20 years and have finally teamed up officially and are producing some stunning garden’s together. Their combined experience ranging from building gardens for Chelsea and Hampton Court flower shows, designing high end landscaping projects, delivering bespoke maintenance contracting for both commercial and domestic clients, industrial machine driving and complicated water features. Their ethos of working well together stems from a firm established friendship and from this working together has become a seamless transition in to a business partnership.

Director
Matt Noble
After leaving school and starting an apprenticeship with Squires Landscapes , Matt had found what would ultimately become his passion for the next thirty years. After a short hiatus in boat building,he returned as a lead foreman and on top of high end garden projects, he led several teams to victory, winning awards at the prestigious Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower shows.
Matt then created Noble Landscapes ,where he first met Jim and now as a business owner completed numerous projects including work for high end Russian celebrities.
Next Matt moved on to become the Director of a Grounds work and construction business , Now with a bigger platform Matt completed large scale Civil Engineering and high end housing projects, but always keen to work in garden design and construction, Matt has returned to his passion.A love of plants and trees is evident in these fantastic designs proves that 30 years of digging holes and getting dirty have not been wasted.
The Aquatic has also always featured in Matts designs and as a keen fish keeper Matt has designed and constructed several large, natural Koi Ponds at his home and now a commercial sized aquarium in his house!
Matt and Jim are a great team and achieve a high quality product in a stress free environment

Director
Jim Perryman
Jim’s horticultural start was working in a plant nursery making hanging baskets and growing bedding plants in the green houses to fund his travels around Australia and Europe. On returning he met Matt and worked for his landscaping business.
After 5 years together, Jim went into grounds maintenance and over a 10 year period became Head Gardener for BP’s international headquarters in Sunbury on Thames, a 65 acre business park with bowling green, football pitches, fishing lake, lawns and grounds. This is where Jim honed his interest in how to maintain gardens and is a prime consideration in his landscaping that we do not leave an unmanageable product behind . Jim then returned back to Matt this time working in grounds-works for a couple of years, which in turn led to 5 years working as a Forman for a large aggregates firm. This took him nationally and he became qualified in site-work and large machine driving. This work in renovating bio filters gave Jim a huge appreciation of his days landscaping and he decided to finally make his passion his reality.
